Shipping Policy

We do our best to pack and ship your order quickly so you can start enjoying your Good Time gear as soon as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We use standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Shipping Costs: Items are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 to the continental US

  • Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are subject to carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@goodtimeshortco.com and let us know what’s up.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item.

Non-returnable items:
All sales are final on gift cards, sale items, and custom runs. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at

We’ll replace or refund your order quickly — on our dime.
