Landscaping a lake view

When a home on one of Northeast Indiana’s lakes received a big renovation, the homeowner knew it was time to redo the landscaping as well. It was the perfect time to ensure this beautifully remodeled home, with beautiful lake views, had an equally beautiful frame of plants, rocks and hardscapes to complete the visual appeal. Our team worked to build a tiered garden bed that worked off the natural slope of the yard while framing the beds with beautiful stones. To complete the project, our team installed slabs with natural edges that created timeless stairs leading up to the expansive covered porch as well as to the outside staircase. Additional plants and beds were added throughout the yard.

“Kelley got my vision exactly on par, [he was] flexible, and he adjusted along the way as the design came together. Kelly communicated well and made us aware of timetables etc. The landscape crew were efficient, tidy, and respectful of the property. They cleaned up every evening (worked waaay past 5 pm) and they left zero imprint upon completion! My driveway and surrounding lawn looked better than before they arrived. As a passionate gardener, I am overjoyed how the end result reflects my personal tastes. Native rock combined with full on bloom explosion. I will sip my tea every morning satisfied and joyful. Well worth the investment in our cottage on the lake.” - Shelley
